I love fresh vegetables. They taste more crisp and sweet. And with spring here I thought it would be the perfect time to address vegetable gardening.
For those of you who do not know our USDA Hardiness Zone is 7b. However, a word of caution, the zone map does not work as well in the West. Here other factors besides climate have to be taken into account, like elevation and precipitation. (For more about zone maps visit the National Gardening Association.)
